In my experience as a therapist and inquirer, this IS the truth behind addiction. Addiction is an attempt to cover up pain, and pain is caused by our beliefs about the world...ESPECIALLY our relationships. Hit It Hard On Addiction

Katie offers ways to be at peace which may put many worriers at peace. It is difficult to practice but I have found it transformational.
