Excellent resource, well researched

Being a typical Brit "bloke" I was a bit skeptical about the pink cover but after hearing some of the narrative thought I'd give it a go.
As someone who has been practising IF daily, for about 3 months at the time I purchased this, I was curious to try and understand the science behind it a little more deeply.
it took me a while to adjust to Melanie's US accent but I found her research extremely in depth and her unbiased delivery very matter of fact. Especially regarding good groups and their effects on our physiology.
On the whole I would definitely recommend this audio or the printed version if you are curious about the benefits of IF.
If you are looking to develop your knowledge of how our bodies process good, as well as far real life results for yourself, this is a must-have book.
Once you get to know the author's delivery a liitle better and realise she was on the same mission as anyone reading or listening, you'll really understand this book can help. I've seen massive changes and plan to continue as there is downside - especially as I can continue enjoying my red wines too! Recommended.
