Not just about eliminating wheat
Stay on topic. More detail on the wheat factor and the benefits of its elimination. This book ended up a general optimal diet with a wheat elimination bias.
Narrator was good although it is difficult for even the best to read out recipes and cooking instructions.
This could do with separating into two stages of benefits to the reader/listener:
1) If you follow the wheat elimination guidelines you may get x,y and z benefits.
2) If you make these additional dietary changes you may get a,b,c,d and so many more benefits too.

Boring would have rather had a handout
While I understand that this is an informative book, giving opinion and findings as to why wheat is not the best choice, it lack any spark of motivation for me to look into changing part of my life which I have already decided to explore to change, if it wasn't for this fact I would be put off.
To be fair I think you limited when narrating such text.
A plea to authors, if you are inviting people to explore changing their live styles, then be encouraging, fun, entertaining while blending in facts and considerations. I used to teach and many students commentated how energized and fun the courses/workshops were and it wasn't until the end of the day they realized how much they have learned and felt motivated and goal set to change. this is not about blowing my own trumpet there are many, many fabulous trainers and teachers out there who do the same in their own style.
