Highly recommended meditations
If you are looking for a Mindfulness/Meditation audio download Bodhipaksa's meditations are the place to start. He has an amazing hypnotic voice that I could listen to for hours! I have listened to many meditation CDs and his are definitely the best. I would give this audiobook 5 stars for the meditations, however about an hour of this audiobook is taken up by some biographical information which I feel was unneccessarily long.

Bodhipaksa has a beautiful voice. Good meditations and not too heavy on the direction. A good one to move onto after a while with his mindfulness recordings on counting the breath. At the end of the last meditation, "Audible hopes you have enjoyed this..." In a harsh voice, is very jarring. It needs a longer pause.

What would have made The Wisdom of the Breath better?
I would not recomend this book to anyone. I thought I was buying 2 hours of guided meditations...but this author rambles on and on and on for over an hour before you even get to the first meditation. In addition to that, I found his voice to....soft....which made it difficult for me to listen too. I would suggest to anybody who is considering purchasing this recording that you listen to the sample first.
