Poor quality recording. Managed about 2 minutes before I had to turn it off! No comparison to some of the excellent audio yoga sessions available. Grating and annoying!

An advanced Pilates workout

I couldn't keep up with this audio. The pace of the speaker was too fast and the instructions lacked clarity. The exercises, were very difficult but would probably suit an advanced practicioner.
