Amazon best-selling author Drew Canole flips this question on its head in this refreshingly short guide to learning how to love the food that loves you back, burn fat, lose weight, and eat healthy. Sounds good! Can't wait to apply it
I appreciated his concise explanations.. He didn't get lost on all the science, though he did offer understanding for all his ideas.
I've been studying nutrition for about 4 years now, and it all makes sense to me. I'm excited to see how his theory is applied as I guide my team to healthier lives.
I DO wish though that I had the actual book... I wanted to write notes and record recipes constantly! I'll have to create my own notebook with all the info.
