Not good value for money

The book provides a couple of good ideas, more inspiration than knowledge.

Some chapters repeat themselves to the point where you start wondering whether the book was edited before being released.

At points I found the level of “eco-friendly” baloney offensive; I bought a gardening book I don’t need suggestions that I should mend my socks (really it has a full chapter on mending your socks and other “tips”). Unscientific claims on “organic” food’s properties are also upsetting.

Overall I wouldn’t recommend unless you have plenty of un-used credits like I did.
