Very empowering

A great resource to review my practice and polish my thinking. It enabled me to look at my coaching technique and take time to deepen my own understanding to not only understand others but assist and empower my clients to develop and grow. I work a lot in education (HE and schools) to enable individuals and teachers to improve communication and conversations at all levels. I recommend this book to all my clients but also to those looking to have better conversations at work, home and socially
Thank you Bob
