First let me say I have a physics degree, it's 25 years old, but even so I understand the difference between a sound wave and a light wave, the author constantly gets basic things like this wrong and it wreaked the whole book for me. It is a nice collection of life hacks, a summary of whats out there and reads like an add for her web site. I really wanted to like this book, I have always thought science would one day catch up with mysticism, and in many ways it has but this isn't the book to show case those advances. If she had just described the practices and their benefits I probably would have given it a better rating. The constant repeating of the same Einstein and Tesla quotes and the going on about vibrations was a little much.

I loved this audiobook as it is filled with lots of interesting health and wellness information about all sorts of subjects from yoga through nutrition. This intention is to raise your vibrational state using the practices that she outlines in the book. Very good tour through the current state of New Age wellness.
A couple of caveats: You have to have a fairly high acceptance of "woo" - just go with it. There are some statements that I would take exception with.
In addition, mention is made of links on the bonus page that for the life of me I could not find. (The information IS pretty available from a quick Internet search.)
Good audiobook though and Sam Payne does well in Robyn's stead,
