I listen to several of the sleep series before bed. The first part is generic relaxing talk (and kinda cheesy) and I'm asleep by the time the topic is discussed. I randomly hear bits and pieces as I go from deep to light sleep. Throughout the day I notice that I will have more positive early reactions to problems. For example, if I hit a wall with my creativity or confidence at work, instead of getting frustrated and procrastinating, i have a flash of a thought about how I deserve to try, express my talents, and not give up. I can't even recall a single phrase, but it's had a positive trigger effect and good outcomes with my productivity. I monitor my sleep on the argus app. I gave it 4 stars for performance because the authors voice is not too relaxing, kind of mechanical. It would be better narrated by someone who has a naturally soothing voice. Also it's creepy to hear that we don't have to be awake to hear everything he is saying, going into our subconscious. I don't think coaching for sleep anxiety is the real purpose...if it was this phrase would be more pertinent. There's a lot of dead time in the tape, which is planned. Overall I'm glad I tried these sessions, and I've bought a few more.

A great method to fall asleep and giving your mind a focus while sleeping. Waking up refreshed and on task.
