This is one of my favourites, so many great points that aid my meditation, its a soothing listen and the gentle music that breaks up the sections of the book is a nice touch.

The description of the mountain method really emphasised stillness and observation and has helped me with my meditation practice.

What about Jon Kabat-Zinn’s performance did you like?

This book is obviously written well, although im yet to read the book. Jon reads it in a very clear concise and peaceful manner. He's very good at getting the book across in the right way!

Sweet but very short.

Very short audiobook but the essence is obviously in the message and this is insightful. Compared to his others, I'd say that this book provides more of an overview of mindfulness - an abbreviated guide perhaps better suited to those who are already on their way with their journey.

The music is beyond annoying. Got so fed up of it that the only beauty of it being short was not to hear this again (I totally realise the irony here given that I'm listening to a lesson on mindfulness).
