This is one great book that gives me so much excitement while cooking each recipes. Very easy to follow. I just wished there are pictures! Tho, overall, it was an amazing read.

Love the Whole 30, don't necessarily feel like I need the book (bought the book). However, this made a great gift for others who are trying to clean up their diets and make some serious life/food changes!
