Useful parts

This audio book was good for taking bits and pieces from that can help people with running and for the lucky percentage that can apply all the factors may do as the title says.
The narration is poor though, so many mistakes that could and should have been redone and read in far to dull a tone almost like the reader had no idea of the subject. That did make it a lot less enjoyable for me but still ok.

Great information let down by the reading

I was familiar with Brad Beer from numerous podcasts and so I knew I'd like this book.

The advice is well thought-out, easy to understand and execute. I especially liked the understanding of how an injured runner feels.

My only complaint is the reading. I was very happy that Brad reads it but there are far too many mistakes, misreading sentences and then rereading them again. Its such a shame as everything else is great.
