Outstanding Work...

...but really bad reader. Feels like he's reading out his grocery list. Shame as the subject is really interesting and the research is comprehensive and thorough.

Probably a fantastic book, but...

What did you like best about The Mythology of Ancient Egypt, Mesopotamia, Greece and Rome? What did you like least?

If you get on with random pauses, crammingofsentances, and stopping. In the middle of sentences. WithUTTERLYarbitraryBURSTS of emphasis IN THEwrong. Place. Theyyouwillenjoy this BOOK.

Otherwise, I'd give it a miss. I'm 3 hours in, it is very interesting and well researched but I can't stand the narrator for a moment longer. If you're looking for an in depth introduction for world mythology, search for "Don't know much about mythology" instead. It has much the same content and is very well read.
