Loved The Book. Missed Marc Allen's Voice...
Enjoyed the book, but, omg, why didn't Marc Allen's do the narrating himself like he normally does? For me, it messed up the entire experience. Not that the narrator was bad. Not at all. I just wanted Marc Allen's.

Nice overview of different ways to quiet your mind
Reviewed many techniques you can use to gain peace in your mind and life. You will probably want to listen to this book more than once. I will probably get the paper or e version now to help with reviewing areas of interest. I only knew by name several of the topics that were covered. This book will be a good starting point for my exploring different ideas and subjects in mind and body health. You could just use some of the ideas in this book to improve concentration and focus if you do not want to expand your studies. If you have been at it for awhile this book may give you some great ideas on how to expand and improve your practice. In today's world, this book is an important read to help you keep from getting lost in the electronic maze we have created.
