Not for the faint hearted

I never thought I'd endorse such a very strict plan, but actually as most human beings have no will power and being over weight is becoming a generic human condition, I have to say I think it's a tough but effective way to get you on the right track. The plan is pretty full on (I won't ruin the fun by telling you what you have to do first thing in the morning) and many won't agree with it, but if you have the guts to have a go, it does work and it's great if you just want to get the motivational juices going to continue on a healthy diet plan.

Great book for short tee weight loss and long term good habits

As a single mom of a special needs child I rarely have time to read a book. I sit in cubicle 9-10 hours/day. This book really helped clarify questions about supplements, staying focused,caloric intake, etc...

I am a formal NFL cheerleader and I struggle now in my 40s to maintain my 5'5 130lbs figure. This book is great!!

Oh and his workouts are also awesome! I don't have time for a gym and I use his workouts at least 3x/week.
