Summary

Outstanding lectures, perfect speaking, excellent

What did you love best about La philosophie moderne : La voie des idées de Descartes à Hume (Histoire de la philosophie)?

These are lectures, not a book text. The speaker has excellent delivery, perfect semi-conversational phrasing and interjections. If you are interested in the philosophy of Descartes, Pascal, Spinoza, Leibniz, Locke and Hume, this is a truly OUTSTANDING text among my ~800 Amazon books

What was one of the most memorable moments of La philosophie moderne : La voie des idées de Descartes à Hume (Histoire de la philosophie)?

The way the speaker interjects "eh bien," voila," "je vais terminer," etc

What does Pierre Guenancia bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Wow! Intense pleasure, that'd what.

What’s the most interesting tidbit you’ve picked up from this book?

Description of Leibniz achievements
