Pace and content good, sound prompts infuriating
Good content and alright pace. Have been using it for some revision as haven’t used German for a while. It would be great if the course didn’t have the extremely annoying dinging sounds that prompt you to repeat a word or phrase. When it is used five or more times in a couple minutes it grates on the nerves.

listening on the go
Would you try another book written by Rosi McNab or narrated by Collins?
Excellent accent, clear.
What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?
Language learning course, does not apply
What aspect of Collins’s performance might you have changed?
The modules require the use of pause button, which makes it difficult to listen on the go. The pauses for repeating or answering the sentences/words should be longer, so we could listen without having to use the pause button.

Clear and concise, and easy to follow. Very good way to improve (or let's face it, relear) your basic German.

Easy to Follow - perfect for holidays in Germany
This is an easy to follow guide to basic German conversation - and questions you might need to ask on holiday, for example. It is also designed to help you understand the answers that you may hear - which is really useful.

clear and understandable
I always choose Collins for my language learning, this one is good but I would have preferred some more vocabulary lists, it's a bit samey and a bit too much repeating.
