Genuinely awesome to listen too!
Everyone will take what they need from listening to this but overall it gives you the kick up the ass you probably need!

Funny and mental
I don’t think this will be everyone’s cup of tea, however SEAL’s mentality does provide food for thought as well as inspiration for those wired like that. Already doing more press ups as a result. Get uncomfortable folks!

Fantastic listen all the way!
This book was a great listen all the way. Jesse does a great job narrating his own book and really gives you that feeling of being in the room listening to his telling of the story. I laughed, learned and was inspired and motivated. Brilliant book!

Motivating.
Makes me feel like I've been pussy footing in the gym. I need to up my pushup game and get more miles in. Guarantee you will feel like this to after listening.

Funny and insightful
I enjoyed this book it’s well read and has many funny stories relating to Jesse and seal. It certainly inspired me to include more running and push-ups into my daily routine.
My only gripe is that the stories feel as though they have been exaggerated to make them more interesting, but overall an entertaining read.
