Insightful!
Hard to follow at times due to its technical nature if one does not have the industrial and technical background.

Do not waste your time with this book.
Stick to man's search for meaning, and spend your time on something else.
This is probably the worst book I have ever read, it jumps between science and pseudoscience and especially the first part of the book is infuriating. This makes it really hard for the reader to take something good from the book's last half.
I was looking forward to this book after reading "man's search for meaning" but this book have disappointed me so much that I doubt that I ever will read Viktor E. Frankl again. It has completely shattered my confidence in Viktor Frankl.
I just hope that this book do not harm a faithful non critical reader, since the book makes it hard to distinguish science from pseudoscience, and I do not trust myself to take much from this book.
I hope that you will take my advice and read something else, if not I can only say "I told you so" when your are 2 hours in.
At that point I would finish it, cause Viktor some how nearly redeem himself in the last half, even though it will not sweeten the bitter taste in your mouth left from the first half.
I am sorry but this is the first book that I have ever read that I will actively discourage people from reading.
I have read books that I found dull or odd, books that I would not recommend, but this is the first that I will advise against reading.
