DULL!

Any additional comments?

Dull, bland boring nonsense and a complete waste of my time and money!!! Maybe this was valid 30 years ago but not today, times have changed. Did nothing at all of rme, didn't even like the narration

Overall, I am disappointed.

If this book wasn’t for you, who do you think might enjoy it more?

Someone with too much time on their hands!

What could Jack Canfield have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Rewritten it.

How did the narrator detract from the book?

Not too bad to be fair, just a bit irritating at times.

Any additional comments?

Felt cheesy, old fashioned and of no real help. I picked up very little of any real value from this book and still have the same issues with self-esteem etc as I did before.

Not good

Just a bunch of lectures and stories. I was not satisfied. How to accomplish goals rather than increase confidence was the focus of this book. Visualizing the end state? Please. The secret revisited.

Disappointed with the content

Nothing special. It seems to be more of a self- marketing material with affirmation-based advice rather than a book that provides an insight into why some people become less confident than others and how to address this problem. The book does not say what to do if affirmations do not work. The music in this book was rather annoying.
