Must if you have a daily meditation practice
Use these guided meditations once in while. Don't assume it's an audiobook you can listen at one go. Good luck...

too much talk of holding a rigidly perfect posture and following specific rules of breathing. if you are looking for a mindfullness recording look elsewhere...if you can ignore all the talk of posture and muscle contractions and on and on maybe the meditation will be usefull.
