Focused, relaxing and healing
I need a lot of help to wind down as my natural energy levels are high. Glenn's voice is soothing and the background track somehow encourages the mind to focus and let go of worries. I can genuinely feel warmth and energy flow when my mind concentrates on the body. I've recently had surgery for breast cancer and this helps me to heal and stay healthy by being in the present moment. Highly recommended.
