Changed my life and helped me get through

The 5 principles in this book are what I now center my ego around. I was once a super confident guy that fell to pieces when my girlfriend of 4 years left me. I valued all the wrong things and had no meaning. This book was everything I needed to hear and has jump started my recovery process and self-love. A MUST READ .

Truly opened my eyes to help me live a more meaningful life. Everyone struggling or feeling unfulfilled for any reason needs to discover the minimalist movement, the authors of this book, and their website, theminimalists.com. Life Changing Book!

I am 19 that’s driven by material things and are in circles of bad relationships. After this book I slowly start implementing in my life and I am 1 month in and my life is getting better. I am currently in college for nursing. I love to be a nurse and that’s what I’m passionate about. But I also have a lot of other passions and this book help me find those. I also am currently fixing my diet, I have been hitting the gym for 3-4 years now but only started focusing on diet after this book. Thank you for this knowledge, I’ll give an update in a year
