Any additional comments?

This book is a welcome resource for those of us who get easily exhausted in crowds and need time alone to recharge. After years of feeling that something was wrong with me, I felt a deep sense of relief, understanding, and encouragement reading this book. I recognized myself in many of her examples and realized how I’d been shamed since childhood for being “too sensitive” when what I really needed was time alone, time in nature, time to get centered and feel like myself again.

The book offers powerful insights, tools, and strategies for empaths to recognize our needs, set healthy boundaries, and protect ourselves from toxic personalities and draining situations. It also shows how honoring our empathic nature can lead to greater joy and purpose in our lives.
