I was expecting more information about techniques for people who have ADHD. However, instead, she references her podcast and /or blog posts by #. Which means you have to go somewhere else to find information. The last part of the book is about her reviewing apps. Had a lot of good info but be ready to have a pen & paper to write down other resources since this isn't all inclusive.

This is little more than advertising for services that you pay for. Ok material if free and good presentation but I got the gist that it was advertising foe the writer's website and professional services.
