I believe Craig Beck's work is ground breaking. I have a long history of researching this kind of material and a great deal of experience in applying these kind of practical techniques in my life. I find that this type of literature can only bring about a successful manifestation if it is very precise and correct: there are many many other similar works that omit key details and fundamental philosophies. I have a chronic illness and have already achieved tangilble changes in the blood results and emotional issues relating to my condition - it is no co-incidence. I cannot recommend this material highly enough.

Craig has written this book in an easy to understand no nonsense way and has a fantastic voice for narrating - he is believable
No there are exercises he asks you to do, which means it needs to be broken down in places. I have listened to it twice and will start 'taking action' now
I have been so pleased with his style of writing and his narration, I have purchased a couple of other items (hypnosis audibles) and am considering purchasing his VIP course
