Nothing much new in this book I'm afraid. It didn't offer a different viewpoint or widely different case from what already exists.
I think it was an error for Arianna to read the book herself rather than use someone experienced in voicing audiobooks. Her accent on words made it difficult to understand the meaning without really concentrating hard at times. Her anecdotes weren't especially interesting or inspiring.
The data about sportspeople was the most interesting part of the book and made a compelling case.
Overall though I found it fairly bland and not living up to the title of revolution.

The drone of this audible book is an effective medicine for insomnia. Time and again I was sent to sleep within minutes of listening.
