It's become almost clichéd: Eight out of every 10 new ventures fail. Of the ones that succeed, how many truly thrive - for the long run? And of those that thrive, how many continually overcome their growth hurdles...and ultimately scale, with meaning, purpose, and profitability? The answer, sadly, is not many.

After more than a decade spent leading and coaching high-growth technology companies, Lex discovered that the companies that thrive do so in accordance with six laws - universal principles that govern the success or failure of every individual, team, and organization.

Dynamic & insightful
I enjoyed listening to this book as the flow and narration kept my interest on a thought provoking and detailed process. Lex packs a lot of information into this book which provides both nuggets of knowledge that I can apply right away as well as incentive for me to read the book again. The PSIU paradigm is a universal approach to understanding people and maximizing team output.

Not useful - Nothing but theories and analogies
It's not a very practical book. it's all based on the concept that a business follows the laws of physics and thermodynamics. the book is mainly full of analogies and a bunch of theoretical principles and opinions. I listen to 3 hours of it and got absolutely nothing out of it. for Little League 2 hours all he's doing is rambling off a series of letters that they use to classify different types of people. It was so ridiculous to listen to
