I love listening to this topic. True that this diet has a lot good benefits and will have a great effect to our health. This is not just for weight loss but it will also make you forever healthy! Just follow the tips and advise, make it as a good practice to keep you on track! Paleolithic lifestyle!

Scant on theory, lacks focus on why diet would hel
This audiobook is scant on theory and lacks focus and content on why diet would promote weight loss. I thought it would be a Paleo book focused on the weight loss part, but instead, it's the basic of primers on Paleo with little about specific weight loss tricks. While a Loren Cordain book, the father of Paelo, would have 100% science and theory, this has like 5% or less. If you don't mind listening annoyingly to someone recite recipes and then mispronounce basic food and cooking terms like shallots and leavening (Shallots is "Sha LOTS"; Leavening is "Leave an ing"), go for it. The book states at the beginning that a basic Paleo is to not use salt, yet most of the recipes use salt. While the issue of to salt or not in Paleo seems to be contested, the author does not address this discrepancy; the recipes just have salt without explanation. The original author's zeal for Paleo comes through, sort of, but unfortunately not through the narrator's voice.
