As a sales person he waffles on and on...

There is nothing innovative about this book. Everything being mentioned should be basic knowledge for any sales person. Repeats himself too many times it seems just to get the book to be seen longer... waste of time

Be prepared to sit through a lot of fluff in the beginning. I almost didn't make it to the real content.
