Very interesting and actionable reading

Very compelling book content. Easy to follow and helping the reader to understand why and how we do things, in relation to motivation as well as giving practical advice to get more out of life in general.

The audio book refers to accompanying material to do some of the self reflection exercises but there is no PDF to download when purchasing the audio book? Is it missing?

Outdated

I was a bit disappointed about the content. It sounds a bit outdated. The narrater speaks about listening to this 'on cassettes', still drives a car with a paper map instead of navigation and in the meantime lots of women have entered the workplace. It sounded old-fashioned.
This makes me question the 'up to date-ness' of the research used.
Also: I miss a reference table to the studies cited.
I think the more recent Motivation Master Course looks like a much better choice.
