Enjoyable, keeps you guessing.
This ranks quite high in my listens. It's fairly original and well written. The characters are believable and all add to the story.
Trying to guess who Lord Halloween is, it becomes obvious just before you find out but there is plenty to put you off track earlier on.
The fortune teller science was one of the best scenes, and was things said fell into place as story progressed.
Possibly 2 or 3 for me. But that' probably says more about me than the book!
If you like an original story with a few twists then I suggest giving this a chance. I would gladly get another book by this author.

Very enjoyable find!
For those who like “who done it” style crime books and horror, then this is the perfect combination of both genres. With great characters and pace, this story pulls you in from the start until the end.I listened to the book in two days. I only found this book after a two for one offer but am so please I chose to download. If I had to compare this to another author then Dean Koontz comes to mind......his better work!
He did a fantastic job.....!! No silly female voices and his portrayal of the killer was creepy without going to over the top!
