"If this were a book, nobody would believe it."

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I just loved this book, just as I did it's predecessor, Dave: the Invaders.
In Dave 2, DC, we follow Eric (and friends) on his journey to overthrow Mel Gibson in the White House and girlfriend, Starlet, in her quest to help pull down the wall. Oh, and we.meet Bella, a very affectionate dog.
Superbly narrated, David S.Deer's fast speaking but lugubrious (!) reading style glissades through high and low tones, effortlessly coating everything with a treacle wave of warm humorous sound, so perfectly suited to the writing, and his often laconic conversational voices are spot on. Not always distinguishable one from another? Doesn't matter in the s!ightest.
Dave 2 is unconventional, irreverently rude, non politically correct, a little bit mad and laugh out loud funny. So many throwaway one liners and.bizarre situations ... If you are easily shocked, do not get this book. But for everyone who enjoys a bit of the.crazy, this is certainly one for you. Highly recommended.
