"If you are unfamiliar with Pratchett's unique blend of philosophical badinage, you are on the threshold of a mind-expanding opportunity." (Financial Times)

Shame there was no Nigel Planer Unabridged version

Tony Robinson does bring this alive, but it's a Shame I couldn't get the Unabridged read by Nigel Planer. He does the sarcasm very well. As does Tony Robinson in this one. Unabridged was voiced by someone I've not heard of, who didn't seem to carry off the dry wit of the book in the same way.

Great book

I loved, the narrator gives the story character. Would only say that sometimes it is quite hard to listen on the go, since the narrator lower his voice, so if you are out and about, with the noise on the streets, you might struggle a bit.
