Top-notch

Equally as good as the previous books in the story. Longworth is incredible as always.

Good listening.

I thought this book to be weaker in terms of writing than the previous two in the series but still a good story and great narration.

great story and narration but music too loud

i'm really enjoying this saga. the story is gripping and the narration is top notch, really gives weight to these super human figures. only down side was what little music there was between chapters at the end was way too sudden and way too loud

Horus Trilogy Book

VA: Excellent as expected
Story: It felt a bit more boring than the previous one, but I will scratch it up to "the novelty wears off" as I am new to audiobooks and Warhammer books.
Overall it's a very good book and the "end of the trilogy" so to speak.

Great book but be careful

the book and performance were outstanding but the music that plays between parts is extremely loud compared to the actual reading so if you are using headphones be preparing

Gutted

Well, I finally summoned the nerve to finish this one.
I don’t even know what to say. Usually I would leave a huge review with spoilers but I just can’t. The words won’t come.

The story? It’s good. The narration? As good as always. The plot? Great!

SPOILERS?…

Well there aren’t many I could give right now. I’m just numb because I didn’t see that coming… didn’t want it to happen. Sometimes I hate reading books where no matter what they will rip your heart out by the end - I always think this time will be different and it never is.

This is the beginning battle where the traitors show there allegiance and the loyalists are stabbed in the back. This is Isstivan III 😢
