It's OK, but way too linear & totally predictable

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

As standard Sci Fi goes this was OK, started off really well, but then settled down into a linear narrative that seemed to be written to appeal to people who don't like to think too much.

I was over thinking and added twists at key points that, disappointingly, didn't occur.

Not recommended.

Do you think Gibraltar Earth needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

It has 2, and I have no interest in reading them.
