Great self-contained story

Would you listen to King David's Spaceship again? Why?

Possibly not right away, but definitely in time. It is a perfect example of well written and performed science fiction.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Malcom Dougal- he has such a clear sense of noble purpose, yet is willing to do anything to see his goal realised. The dichotomy makes for a very interesting character in the brief glimpses we get.

What about Rob Dean’s performance did you like?

His narration brings out the sense of desperate determination present in all of the characters.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes , as the aspects that deal with protracted periods of time are outlined with key points , it gives it a real sense of pace, making it difficult not to get swept up in.

Any additional comments?

Well conceived story arch, that ties up all the loose ends and feels like a fitting conclusion to the characters journey.
