Brilliant!

Nightlords are hilarious, don’t often get to hear them in dialogue so their sick, nonchalant look at the galaxy is fantastic! Best voice actor ever for Sevetar!

Doesn't Add Much

Most of the stories don't add that much to the overall Horus Heresy. If you are interested in Konrad Curze (aka the Night Haunter) and Jago Sevatarion (aka Sevatar), you might like the last story, "The Prince of Crows." It gives a peek into the motivations of the Night Haunter and the 8th Legion. Sevatar is a complex and interesting protagonist and you almost empathize with the Night Haunter (...almost). This is the best story.
