Garbage

Absolute crap. This is rape-porn pure and simple. The only decent part is that the narrator has a nice voice.

AWFUL

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

it should be possible to write a book with suspense, murder, lust, and hope without all the unbelievable rape, and murder then instant forgiveness, this was so far fetched in terms of believability of reactions of the characters that it was rendered unsustainable

Would you ever listen to anything by J. E. Taylor again?

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
