BLESS, THEIR LITTLE COLD HEARTS
FLESH SUIT
What a find!! This is a well written, beautifully narrated Horror story with a character I loved. The main character in the story is an extremely likable guy, which makes the horror more horrific. For the first two hours, it seemed like the story was not going to be a horror, just a sad story about a homeless guy and I didn't care cause I was just enjoying getting to know the character. Then horrible things start happening and really horrible things start happening to the character I had grown so fond of. The story has a mad scientist element to it, which is always a plus for me. At the time of this review I am the 19th person to rate this book. What a shame that such a great book is getting ignored. I am guessing cause Gord Rollo is not well known?
Other rare finds
I have been really lucky recently and have managed to come upon some really good books that seemed to have been flying under the radar. Here is a list with the number of ratings at this date: Ourselves by S.G. Redling (14), Swamp Monster Massacre by Hunter Shea (36), Wolf Hunt by Jeff Strand (59), Meg by Steve Alten (135), Necroscope by Brian Lumley (149), and Cattle by Joseph Duncan (233). I need to give a shout out to fellow reviewer Kim Venatries who lead me to Wolf Hunt, thanks.
