predictable

No surprises here. No Cliffhangers. A very poorly arranged story. The entire ending spent setting up the idea for another book.

Frustrating narrator, ok book

The narrator makes all male voices sound alike - she uses an affected low register for all of them. Her female voices vary more, but are all pretty annoying. She should get some coaching on how to do voices. The story was good, but several scenes were unbelievable. All in all, it was diverting enough for light entertainment but nothing special.
