Don't Bother

Very boring - a lot of content particularly to do with maths irrelevant. Learned very little I'm afraid

A whistlestop tour of TKD

A decent whistlestop tour of TKD. Some very useful information but would have preferred more emphasis on history of tkd, more detail on conditioning, less irrelevant information e.g. large portions on physics equations and obscure sections on what to pack for a tkd tournament. Not properly adapted for audiobook
