Fantastic hypnosis

Was incredibly doubtful but it works!!!
I have been on a sugar consuming bender. And was trying to cut down but just couldn't seem to find a way to do it. On a daily basis I would go to work thinking I'll be fine and then find sweets at desks that made me full back into the same consuming routine.
This is my first hypnosis experience and I'm still struggling to explain it. I am fully aware of what is being said to me and somehow feel awake but the IMPORTANT part is, the message works. an entire week with artificial sugar products. Even if I'm in the shops and see something I would of happily brought before I just feel numb to those products.
I would say listen to the track in the morning and not at night. the last message is to wake up and be wide awake, something I wasn't prepared for on the first listen.
Overall I'm really impressed, I listen to the message every day and will do that for the first couple of weeks to embed the message, really surpassed my expectations in a freaky good way!

loved the majestic apple tree
almost didnt want to leave the beautiful island and this tree😀😀😀 lovely imagery,, sugar seems to be unappealing now too funnily enough 😊

Good hypnosis
Craig Beck has a good hypnosis voice. Find it easier to get in a trance like state listening to Craig than Paul McKenna. Craig chooses powerful topics that many people really need help with.

Couldn't be worse
Made me crave it even more. Not sure what he has against artificial sweeteners either or why it took until over half way through to even mention it. He annoyed me half the time especially when like 0 0 0. Also some things meant to sound relaxing actually made me think of negative thoughts of being scared so not worth it.

Is he serious?
I'm sorry but this is a total waste of time. At the end, he plugs his website where I expect you are asked to hand over your cash for more rubbish. Very disappointed.
