Captured by the enemy of the Third Realm when the war ended, Rosalind has spent months in the cells of the Fifth Realm with her magic bound, forced to heal the new king's demon warriors, and haunted by the lives she has taken. When she's brought to heal an unconscious man, she discovers her only hope of escape has come in the form of her worst nightmare and the first part of a prediction that might spell her doom - a devastatingly handsome and dangerous dark elf prince.
Unwilling to fall under the control of anyone ever again, Vail must escape before the Fifth King can use him as a pawn in a deadly game of revenge, but he cannot leave without Rosalind, the woman who looks at him with dark desire in her stunning eyes and awakens a fierce hunger in his heart. A witch who drives him mad with need even as the darkness within whispers she will enslave him, too. Can Rosalind escape her fate as they embark on a journey fraught with danger and resist the temptation of her rogue elf prince? And can Vail overcome the memories that madden him in order to seize his chance for salvation and the heart of his fated female forever?

DON'T JUDGE A PERSON BY THEIR FRIENDS/FAMILY
Another fantastic book by the said Felicity Heaton
it's another great read of fighting between the Demons & Elves
This time we're seeing 'Mad Elf Prince' Vial as the main character & meeting his lifemate Rosalind the good witch. BOTH have the trepidations of their past & predictions of what/will happen to them. But what a great pair they make 😘

The book is ok but the narrator is terrible
Is there anything you would change about this book?
This book isn't super exciting and certainly not as good as the first two books. However, it does need to be told if you will continue with the series.
If you’ve listened to books by Felicity Heaton before, how does this one compare?
This book is not as exciting and is poorly narrated.
How did the narrator detract from the book?
The main issue I have is with this narrator. He sounds like he's reached the ends of sentences when he hasn't. He punctuates sentences in very strange ways and it's actually driving me crazy. The next book is narrated by the same woman who did the first two books so I may listen to that one, but this man narrators several of the stories. Unless something changes, I won't be buying any more books he narrates.
Do you think Tempted by a Rogue Prince needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

DISAPPOINTED IN THIS ONE
Chapters 1, 2 & 3 were what I expected...action, suspense, thrills. Chapters 4 thru 10, for me, were irritating they were inner dialogue and turmoil about Vail's captivity with the Witch. Story picks up at Chapter 11 but it's pace is slow building on Vail's and Rosalind's relationship. Vail's angst and turmoil went on way too long for me.
Aaron Abano gave a great performance.
