Buy the book if you want to follow the plan

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

I gave this book a 2 star as although there is some good content, there is no PDF or Kindle offer to get the plan and recipes!

How did the narrator detract from the book?

I found the narrator's attempt at an accent or voice for every quote really annoying.

Great book - not keen on the narrator

The book is full of great advice but unfortunately the narrator sounds like she’s reading a Jilly Cooper novel & here accents were terrible & really not needed. I bought a hard copy of the book for the food & exercise plan.

Terrible narration

This is a good book with lots of good content but the narration is dreadful. Almost beyond listening to. What were they thinking?
