Excellent, informative and helpful book

I purchased this audible book ostensibly to help a relative who struggles with extreme anxiety and surprisingly found that I took a lot on board for myself too. I found it informative and helpful and read beautifully by Chloe - she has a lovely voice. Authentic, heartfelt and honest.

Excellent, really helpful (although it is clearly targeted at women due to the language used, I think it contains information helpful for anyone)?

Brilliant for anyone with anxiety.

Really good practical advice, easy to listen to with good exercises to follow. I would recommend to anyone who is struggling with anxiety.

So good!

I loved this book... to the point when I feel anxious I just listen to her voice. She say such positive things. It's like having a lovely very level headed wise friend with you at all times.. thank you Chloe.. x

Survival Kit for not only those with anxiety but anyone!

This book is brilliant. I’ve never written a review before on here but felt compelled to do so as I want others to learn from Chloe. I’ve read quite a bit of the subject but Chloe does a great job of simplifying it into useful case studies and practical advice. She ties all the elements together brilliantly and has encouraged me to properly mediate after years of pushing it aside. Thank you Chloe! x

An essential read for anyone who suffers anxiety

One of the most helpful books I’ve ever listened to regarding the topic.

The author was relatable and tackled all aspects of the condition, using scientific research to help the reader better understand the thought process behind anxiety.

There was a lot of thought provoking statements made and I feel personally far more liberated from anxious thoughts since purchasing this book. I would go as far as to say that this book is an essential book to read/listen to if you suffer from the condition of anxiety. It helps you understand yourself far better and leaves you feeling calmer and more confident in your everyday life.

I 100% recommend the book.

The audiobook is fantastic for listening to if you’re in the shower/cleaning.

Lots of useful exercises. Would be handy to have a work book with just the exercises to go along with the audio book as usually I listen on the move and it's difficult to take notes/find the exercises later.
