A decent book

It is a decent book to listen/read. This book had a few thing's that will help many people, but I would recommend that the book needs more examples of assertiveness in it. I recommend it.

Very practical

Easy to understand, informative

This book was an eye-opener for me. I never understood where my communication with other's go off the rail why they take advantage of me, why I cannot express myself the way I indend to. Now I have a better understanding and I've got some tools how can I change this.
the book and the audio is pleasant to the ears and easy to understand even for non-native speakers.

Lots of very practical advice and insight.

For people who struggle to be assertive this book is ideal. Really helped me straight away to start taking control and being myself without feeling guilty. Go for it. What have you got to lose? This book could change your life.
