Excellent
A lovely, simple and kind guide to self inquiry. I watch Fred on YouTube and he is a wonderful, quirky 'unit', he always makes me smile! So after reading three million books on non-duality and finally grasping it 'intellectually, I have been spending more time in self inquiry and wanted to try Fred's pointers.
It was lovely to listen to this simple dialogue and experiment alongside, looking beyond the intellect into direct experiencing. It has been really helpful for me to spend more time in the sense of being, with the help of these pointers. As a result, alongside other teachings and inquiries, my sense of being is gradually expanding by itself.
A short but powerful little book, if you are truly ready to stop feeding the intellect and to start experiencing what is :)
