Great read

Really enjoyed this book. Can't wait to start the next one, just a shame it's not an audiobook.

Lovely wartime novel

Book 1 of the "Mulberry Lane" series brings us the lives, loves and losses of the residents as WW2 begins. Sadly, book 2 "A wedding in Mulberry Lane" is not available in audio book so I am unable to finish the series. Superbly narrated by Susie Riddell, highly recommended!

All-around outstanding!

I really loved this book. The story was insightful, sometimes sad, sometimes funny, and always riveting. The narrator does an excellent job with quite a diverse cast of characters. I really hope that Audible makes the rest of the series available. Five stars and two thumbs up!
